  • All limited edition artworks are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden.

    Each artwork is carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure safe international delivery.

  • We ship worldwide to the following regions and countries:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment.

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

    If there is a delay (for example, during exhibitions or holidays), we’ll contact you immediately.

  • We ship worldwide using reliable, tracked services through our logistics partner.

    If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vidar@tyheim.com, including photos of the damage and packaging.
    We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • We do not currently offer local pickup.
    All orders are shipped from Stockholm for quality control and documentation.

Returns &
Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you change your mind, you may return your artwork within 14 days of delivery.

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

    The edition number certificate must also be returned.

    The artwork must not be handled, displayed, or damaged in any way.

  • Email us at vidar@tyheim.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

    We will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the artwork arrives safely.

    Refunds are issued for the artwork amount only, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Damaged or lost returns cannot be refunded.
