Shipping Policy

  • All limited edition prints are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden.

    Each order is carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure safe international delivery.

  • We ship worldwide to the following regions and countries:

    European Union
    Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

    Other countries
    Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and Hong Kong SAR China.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment.

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

    If there is a delay (for example, during exhibitions or holidays), we’ll contact you immediately.

  • We ship worldwide using reliable, tracked services through our logistics partner.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

    The exact shipping cost appears once you’ve entered your address.

  • Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes.

    These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

    We include accurate customs documentation for all international shipments, including HS Code 4911.91 (“Artistic prints, pictures and photographs”).

  • All shipments are fully insured.

    If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vidar@tyheim.com, including photos of the damage and packaging.
    We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • We do not currently offer local pickup.
    All orders are shipped directly from Stockholm for quality control and documentation.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you change your mind, you may return your print within 14 days of delivery.

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

    The edition number certificate must also be returned.

    The print must not be handled, displayed, or damaged in any way.

  • Email us at vidar@tyheim.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

    We will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the print arrives safely.

    Refunds are issued for the product amount only, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Damaged or lost returns cannot be refunded.
